You should never forget that these tools are most effective on hard surfaces – above all, on tiled or natural stone floors. The more expensive brands like Roborock or the famous Roombla deliver good results, but I cannot see any significant difference from a regular vacuum cleaner.
Please remember – these tools are not built explicitly for carpet cleaning. Therefore, you should not expect them to achieve results beyond their purpose – to remove the dust and small particles from the uppermost layer of your carpets.

Call me biased, but I believe it will serve you much better if you invest an equal amount of money in hiring a professional carpet cleaner. You still don’t have to do anything, but you will get significantly better results!
